Gripe

A gripe is when you complain about something that bothers you or makes you unhappy. It's like when you feel frustrated about a rule you don't like or something that isn't fair.

- My sister always has a gripe about the amount of homework we get every week, saying it takes away from our time to play outside and have fun.
- After the soccer game, I overheard my teammates sharing their gripes about the referee's calls, as they felt some of the penalties were unfair and affected our chance to win.
